WHAT IS MINDFULNESS?
Mindfulness practice (or mindfulness meditation) is simply pausing to notice the present moment. The evidence-backed benefits of practicing mindfulness include increased resilience to stress, improved problem solving and sharpened attention.

I offer guided meditation sessions within the workplace, or via Zoom, giving staff a space to pause and connect.
